Mother of Orenda

She possessed the same bright spirit and wise eyes that I recall meeting years ago, when we first met. Combined with age and experience here was a woman who could size me and any other man up with a glance and know the truth of us. I would lie, if I were to say that I did not miss her, or our time together. Duty had called me away and she had carried on with her life as I had always known she would. She remained, however, a woman with few equals.
